Today was an amazing day! I went on a "small plane" trip with another Spanish student and his host family. 

I met them at 10:00am, and it took us about an hour by car to reach the airport. There were small planes that are used to give visitors the experience of seeing important places in Bavaria from the air. 

I started the trip feeling a little nervous, but I was quickly captivated by the views.

We saw frozen lakes, castles, the highest mountain in Germany, ski slopes, Munich, and mountains in Austria and Sweden — all from the air! 

I took some amazing photos of it all, and I was so glad to be there. 

After the ride, we went to McDonald's for lunch and then went back home.
